I am Marianne Hamilton, Venue Director.

Lithia Acres would love to thank you for looking to host your special event on our property.

We have been completely blessed to be able to call Lithia our home for our family and farm animals neighbors for over 3 years in this community!

Lithia Acres is a modern style farm venue located in the heart of Tampa minutes away from popular highways such as 75 and I4.

We are located on 8 acres of zoned agricultural working farm land, with a functional plumeria nursery. The beautiful mix of foliage keeps Lithia Acres tucked privately away from surrounding neighbors and you can enjoy the beautiful view to celebrate your special day right in the heart of Tampa.

We have poured our heart and soul into making every piece of our property into something that future generations can truly enjoy.
