(2) No alcohol can be brought into the reception by guests

(3) You can obtain an event insurance policy; they usually cost about $250 but they protect you in so many ways. It’s worth it!

Directions:

To reach Lithia Acres, take Lithia Pinecrest Road to Bryant Road, left on Thompson Road until it ends on Hinton Ranch Road (dirt private path).

Parking attendants will assist with parking.

Attire Advice:

Ceremony will be held outdoors on grass. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held inside the Barn. Please note that our venue has gravel and a natural terrain path to the reception. We encourage you to wear whatever footwear you find agreeable, including sandals, booties, and wedges, or heels.

Can vehicles be left overnight?

Yes; safety first. However, please keep in mind that Uber/Ride Share should be set up as much in advance as possible. The later the night, the harder it is to secure a ride where we are nestled.

Design Sessions:

These are scheduled based on your wedding date. Having a session too far out from your wedding is counterproductive. Please trust the process; we have your best interests at heart. The design session can last upwards of 90 minutes and will touch on every detail.

Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?

We are dog friendly, with some specific stipulations. Dogs are allowed (only with pre-approval by Marianne) at the ceremony site and during pictures. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must pick up your furry friend after the ceremony. We have preferred vendors that offer this service.

How large is the space?

44 x 72 – 3,168 square feet

To Go Boxes:

Catering is unable to provide to-go boxes. However, we can box leftovers with any boxes you provide to us.

Caterers are afraid if they leave you the leftovers, there is a chance you’ll store or transport the food improperly and contract a food-borne illness.

Caterers are worried the food will taste less appealing the next day (or week) when you reheat it, and you’ll form a lower opinion of the caterer’s quality.

How do I manage gratuity?

Our all-inclusive contract states that tips are already included. You may find, however, some people go out of their way to make your day extra special and save you unnecessary stress on your wedding day! They just deserve a special “thank you” that is perfectly expressed in the form of a monetary reward. Please reach out to Marianne for recommendations.

Can you hang items from the chandeliers?

Yes – please see your Planners for details.

Things to know about alcohol:

We do allow alcohol in the wedding ready-suites.
Shots are not allowed to be served (nor doubles) during the reception.
No outside alcohol can be brought by guests.
